These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Money-Back Policy, and Billing Terms (collectively, the “Terms,” “Agreement”), form a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user”) and Life Palmistry(“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company”) and govern your access to and use of our website, application, and all related services available at https://lifepalmistry.com/ (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of them, please do not use the Service.

Changes & Modifications

We may modify subscription pricing and one-time purchase prices from time to time. Any price change applicable to your active subscription will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days before the effective date by email. If you do not agree, you may cancel before that date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The Service

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. The Service is developed for reflection and entertainment, and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

We do not render professional services of any kind in connection with the Service. Please consult a qualified professional if you need emotional, psychological, medical, or other assistance. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number immediately.

The information provided in the Service may not be suitable for everyone. By using the Service, you acknowledge that any actions you take based on it are your sole responsibility.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 16years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13 years of age.

Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree not to, and will not assist others to:

1. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
2. Upload or transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, or similar content.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service.
4. Use automated scrapers, bots, spiders, or similar tools to access the Service.
5. Record, process, or harvest information about other users or the Service.
6. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
7. Circumvent security features or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Use the Service to create a competing product or service, or to copy our UI, UX, or other intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, UI, visual elements, trademarks, logos, and code on the Service (“Our Content”) are owned by or licensed to Life Palmistry and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. You are not granted any license or right to our Content except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Current prices are listed on our website. The ordering process has three steps:

1. Onboarding quiz: you answer a short questionnaire so we can personalize the results.
2. Plan selection & payment: you choose a subscription plan, enter your email, and complete payment via card or PayPal. Payment processing is handled by our third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or similar).
3. Confirmation: after payment, you receive a personal access link and an email receipt. Keep this email for your records.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the price of the chosen plan. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via /terminate.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EEA or Switzerland resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of conclusion. This right is forfeited once you expressly consent to immediate performance of the agreement, and the digital content is delivered to you.

By proceeding, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the purchase is successfully delivered to you. You will not be eligible for a refund unless the digital content or services are defective.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

AI-generated advice and dialogues within the Service are produced by machine learning and artificial intelligence. We do not offer warranties of accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Palmistry and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Life Palmistryand its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless prohibited by law, you agree that any future dispute will be resolved through confidential arbitration on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or representative proceeding.

Statute of Limitations

Any claim under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or be forever barred.

Miscellaneous

If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
