Money-Back Policy

This Money-Back Policy describes how users can cancel a subscription and request a refund for a subscription purchased on our website. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel, follow the instructions at https://lifepalmistry.com/terminate. Your cancellation request is confirmed when you submit the form. You must submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or subscription period.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you canceled your subscription in accordance with Section 1 but the subscription fee was charged to your account due to a technical issue, you may submit a refund request that meets the following criteria:

  1. You made the purchase directly on our website.
  2. You contact us via email within 14 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period.
  3. Send a written refund request to support@lifepalmistry.com containing:
    • The email address associated with the purchase.
    • Payment method used (PayPal, card, etc.).
    • Payment date.
    • Payment receipt or confirmation.
    • A brief reason for the refund.

Please note!

Only meeting the requirements above qualifies you for a complete refund under this Money-Back Policy for your last subscription cycle. This Policy does not apply to:

  • Personal reasons (you dislike the product, etc.).
  • Financial reasons (you did not expect to be charged, the trial converting to a subscription, automatic renewal, etc.).
  • Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscription renewals beyond the first cycle.

We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 30 days.

Important Statement

If your request does not meet the conditions above, fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated herein or as required by applicable law. We may consider specific requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EEA or Switzerland resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement without charge within fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate performance and the digital content has been delivered.

By proceeding, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. You will not be eligible for a refund unless the digital content or services are defective.

California & Connecticut Residents

If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel before midnight of the third business day after the purchase date, we will return your payment in full.
