Foundations, Foundations + Love, and Complete are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. No subscription cancellation step is required.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@lifepalmistry.com within 14 days of your purchase. To help us find the order, include:

• The email address associated with the purchase.
• The purchase date.
• The Creem receipt or order number, if available.

We will confirm the request by email and return the eligible purchase to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on Creem, your bank, and your card network.

Important Statement

Requests made after the 14-day guarantee may be considered case by case. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EEA or Switzerland resident, applicable law may provide additional withdrawal rights. Those rights apply in addition to this 14-day guarantee.
