Billing Terms

1. Pricing

Current prices are listed on our website. All tiers are one-time purchases. Complete includes 12 months of forecast emails but does not renew automatically.

Please review the product, price, and included deliverables before completing a purchase. Prices shown may exclude bank charges and taxes applicable in your country.

We may modify prices for future purchases. A price change does not create an additional charge for an order you already completed.

2. One-Time Purchases

Foundations and Foundations + Love are one-time purchases — your payment is a single transaction with no recurring billing. The Complete tier is a one-year purchase that includes 12 months of weekly + monthly forecast emails; it does not auto-renew, and your forecasts simply stop at the end of the 12-month period unless you choose to buy another 12-month term. There is currently no free trial.

3. Ordering Process

1. Onboarding quiz: answer a short questionnaire so we can personalize your reading.
2. Plan selection & payment: on the payment screen, select a purchase tier, enter your email, and pay using a method offered by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem sends your receipt by email.
3. Confirmation: after successful payment, you receive a personal link to access your reading and an email confirming the purchase.

By clicking the purchase confirmation button, you knowingly accept the contents and conditions of the order, including the payment obligation, prices, and characteristics of the Service.

4. Payment Method

You authorize Creem, our merchant of record, to charge the displayed one-time amount to your selected payment method when you confirm the purchase.

We are not responsible for payment processing errors that occur with third-party payment platforms. Please review the terms of the platform you choose before completing payment.

5. No Auto-Renewal

None of our tiers auto-renew. Foundations and Foundations + Love are one-time purchases. The Complete tier is a single yearly payment; at the end of 12 months your weekly + monthly forecast emails will stop unless you choose to purchase a new term.

Please note: purchasing on our website does not entitle you to manage it through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

6. Our Tiers (Current)

• Foundations: $9.99 — one-time, lifetime download.
• Foundations + Love: $29.99 — one-time, lifetime access.
• Complete: $99.99 — one-time, includes 12 months of forecasts.
