• Location Data: country, state, or coarse location (non-precise).
• Quiz Data: date and place of birth, birth time, gender, relationship status, future goals, palm photograph. We do not use quiz data for identification, marketing, or advertising. We do not collect facial biometric information.

Automatically collected information

• Device Info: device model, OS, language, connection type, carrier, etc.
• Identity Data: IP address, advertising IDs (IDFA/GAID), Firebase ID, and similar unique identifiers.
• Usage Data: session length, session count, push notification tokens, ad clicks, downloads.
• Diagnostic information: logs, error reports, events.
• Cookies & Tracking: cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, and other standard web technologies.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the Service, including personalized palm reading results.
• Improve and test new features through internal research and development.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and handle account administration.
• Send marketing communications (with your explicit consent).

• Payment processing: Paddle, Stripe, PayPal (we never store your card details ourselves).

• Customer support: a ticketing provider (e.g., HelpScout, Intercom).
• AI content generation: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (for reading generation).

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal data for as long as you use the Service, plus 24 months. After 24 continuous months of inactivity, we delete personal data from our database and request the same of any third parties to whom we have transferred it.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, pseudonymization, and access controls. However, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale of personal information collected in the past 12 months. Within that period, we have collected the following categories:
